Plasma exeresis (Pl-exr) has become also a precious tool in the hands of plastic surgeons. Efficient vaporisation of the superficial skin layers, insures tightening of the skin with little collateral damage of the surrounding area. Convincing result is immediately visible and the minor swelling and crust formation will subside within a few days. Slight temporary discolouration can be noticed particularly on tanned skin, but can easily be treated with a concealer.
