Thread lift
Younger patients, with beginning of laxity and minimal sagging will
highly benefit of a thread lift. Minimally invasive procedure, with short downtime,
a suspension absorbable thread will be inserted under the skin. The effect is both a mechanical lift and a physiological increase of the quality and thickness of the skin. Biocompatible PDO (polydioxanone: Koreean, Aptos) or PLA (poly lactic acid: Silhouette soft) will be chosen depending on the quality of the skin and the degree of suspension needed. While it is not a substitute for a surgical face lift, it will provide 12 to 24 month of correction and skin quality improvement.
